By accessing or using Lifeline ("the Platform") at www.lifeline.social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Lifeline.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lifeline. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
• You may not use another person's account without their permission.

Lifeline offers two distinct modes:

• Fun Mode: For personal, social, and casual content shared with friends and followers.
• Pro Mode: For professional content, career development, job listings, deal rooms, and business interactions.

You are responsible for posting content in the appropriate mode and ensuring that professional content is accurate and not misleading.

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive links.
• Involves sexual exploitation of minors.
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Impersonates any person or entity.
• Contains false or misleading professional credentials.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Lifeline. By posting, you grant Lifeline a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period.

• Premium: Monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Boosts & Ads: One-time payments for promotional features. All sales are final unless required by law.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to taxes based on your location.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform without permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse engineering any part of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

Lifeline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
